Flow Chemistry as novel chirotechnologic tool for asymmetric synthesis of APIs
Flow chemistry is playing an increasingly important role in asymmetric synthesis research area, emerging as novel synthetic tool to access to complex stereogenic synthons that are broadly distributed among APIs and their intermediates. The rise of novel bio-, photo- and electro-catalysts platforms available to the modern-day chemists is drastic expanding the breadth and great potential of continuous-flow enantioselective catalytic process research in the today's chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
